In our first session, we’ll focus on what’s been weighing on you and what you want to feel different. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear starting point. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening and identify a path forward that feels manageable and meaningful.

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and create lasting change. My goal is not just insight, but real shifts you can feel in your everyday life, relationships, and sense of self.

I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more in control of their emotions, more connected in their relationships, and more confident in who they are and where they’re going. I have specialized training in trauma, sex and intimacy concerns, problematic sexual behaviours, relationship challenges, anxiety, OCD, neurodiversity, and LGBTQ+ experiences.
